In order to offer “excellent finish touch” and “quick completion” to our customers, Solar Co., Ltd. has prepared complete product line up from super-thick layer type( mixed with fiber),thick layer and to the medium and thin type ( final finish touch up type).
We have lined up various kinds of all purpose type putty made of unsaturated polyester resin,
auto bumper repair type and deep scratch filling type mixed with reinforcing fibers so that we can cope with repair works of various materials including hi-tensile steel plate, anti-rust steel plate, aluminum plate and FRP applied to cars and motor bikes fabrication.
We have also prepared zero-shrinkage type putty which shows fairly small volume reduction when it is cured, to cope with application to thin steel plate which is very apt to warp.

Excellent adherence to steel plates and unique for its excellent drying up effect on its spread surface.

Applicable layer thickness: within 10mm
Possible to fill up to 10mm depth because of its high viscosity.
*Putty for finish touch up is necessary when finishing
